222g Terms and Conditions — User Rules and Rights

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the platform 222g, available at 222g.best, including all Sports Betting, Live Casino, Crash Games, slots, and other offered products. Access to and use of the platform is conditional on full acceptance of these terms.

To create an account and use the services of the 222g, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date.
• Be a Brazilian resident or hold a CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Not be prohibited from participating in betting activities by any court order, administrative ruling, or active self-exclusion registered with 222g.
• Act on your own behalf — creating an account on behalf of a third party or allowing a third party to use your account is not permitted.
• Not be an employee, contractor, immediate family member of an employee, or a person in a position of conflict of interest with 222g's operations.

The 222g reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the above criteria at any time, including after registration. Accounts that do not meet the eligibility requirements upon verification will be closed.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 222g. Account registration is tied to your CPF — so even if you attempt to create a second account with a different email or phone number, the system will detect the duplicate CPF and block the registration. If a second account is created inadvertently, contact support immediately to resolve the situation before automated measures are applied.

During registration, you provide: full name as it appears on your RG or CNH, CPF, date of birth, full address, a valid email address, and a mobile number. This information is used for identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, and withdrawal processing. The 222g does not share this data with third parties for marketing purposes — see our Privacy Policy for more details.

Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. This includes:

• Keep your password confidential — never share it with anyone, including 222g support staff (our team will never ask for your password).
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in the settings dashboard — we strongly recommend this for all users.
• Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Avoid accessing the platform over public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN, especially for financial transactions.

The 222g may require full identity verification (KYC) before processing the first withdrawal or upon detecting unusual activity. The process involves submitting a photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address issued within the last three months. Review is completed within 48 business hours after all documents have been submitted.

The 222g accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods available to users in Brazil:

The 222g reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or when the account's transaction pattern is flagged as unusual by the anti-fraud system. In all cases, the user will be notified by email or chat with the specific request and the deadline for submission.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived balances are subject to the specific rollover rules of each promotion. Bonus balances not converted into real balance through rollover completion cannot be withdrawn — they may only be used on eligible bets as set out in the corresponding promotion's terms.

The 222g offers Sports Betting across disciplines including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa do Nordeste, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), tennis, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports available according to the sporting calendar. Event coverage may vary based on availability and applicable regulations.

General Sports Betting rules at 222g:

• Bets are binding from the moment of confirmation — cancellation is not possible after a bet is confirmed, except when the Cash Out feature is available for that specific market.
• The minimum stake per single bet is R$ 2.00. The maximum amount varies by market and event — it is displayed on screen before you confirm.
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the official start of the event. In-play bets may be temporarily suspended during odds review or key moments in the game (goals, red cards, VAR reviews).
• If an event is postponed, pre-match bets are suspended. If the event does not take place on the same day, bets are cancelled and the amounts are returned to the available balance.
• For events concluded with a determined result before the regulation 90 minutes due to force majeure (abandonment, pitch invasion, extreme weather conditions), 222g will apply the specific rules published in the Sports Rules section of the platform for each sport.

The 222g publishes editorial tips to guide users. These tips reflect the opinions of the analysis team — they are not guaranteed outcomes. Betting based on any published tip is solely the user's decision, who bears full responsibility for their choices.

222g offers Live Casino games provided by certified suppliers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Available games include roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live poker, and game shows such as Crazy Time and Mega Ball. General conditions for casino games at 222g:

Accepting a bonus implies agreement with the individual conditions of that promotion, which take precedence over the general provisions of these Terms in the event of a specific conflict.

General terms applicable to all 222g bonuses:

• Each bonus may be redeemed only once per user, CPF, IP address, device, or household, unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Rollover is the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus, as specified) must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The standard rollover for Sports Betting bonuses is 10x with minimum odds of 1.50. For Live Casino, the standard rollover is 25x.
• Bonuses have an expiration date. If the rollover is not completed within the allotted time, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are automatically cancelled without further notice.
• The 222g reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion with at least 24 hours' notice published on the offer page, except in cases where promotional abuse is detected, in which case the action may be immediate.
• Bets placed on markets with artificially low odds or on games with reduced rollover contribution (as specified in the individual terms) may count partially or not at all toward meeting the requirement.

The 222g takes responsible gambling seriously. Sports Betting and casino games are forms of entertainment that carry a real risk of financial loss. The platform provides self-control tools for all registered users, accessible directly from the account dashboard.

Available tools:

• Deposit limit — set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Once set, the limit can only be lowered with immediate effect. To increase the limit, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period applies.
• Session time alert — receive a notification after playing for a period of your choosing (e.g., 1 hour, 2 hours). The platform does not automatically end the session — it is a reminder for you to decide whether you want to continue.
• Full history — access all your bets, deposits, withdrawals, and platform activity at any time, with filters by date and category.
• Temporary self-exclusion — blocks account access for periods of 1, 3, or 6 months. During self-exclusion, logging in, depositing, or betting is not possible. Available balance may be withdrawn.
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently closes the account. Once activated, the account cannot be reopened and no new account may be created using the same CPF on the 222g platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform 222g:

• Creating more than one account using the same CPF, device, IP address, or household to obtain multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the platform in a non-human way to place bets, browse, or extract data.
• Abusive arbitrage — systematically betting on all outcomes of an event using different accounts (your own or third parties') to guarantee profit regardless of the result.
• Money laundering or any illicit financial activity using the platform as a vehicle — 222g reports suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required by Brazilian law.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate sporting events on which you have placed bets, including any communication with athletes, referees, or coaching staff.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party.
• Using the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, including reselling credits or derivative services.
• Providing false information during registration or in response to identity verification requests.

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance retention for up to 180 days pending investigation, referral to the relevant regulatory and judicial authorities, and a permanent ban from registering on the platform. The 222g is not required to provide prior notice before acting in cases of flagrantly fraudulent conduct.

You may close your account on the 222g at any time by contacting support via email (contato@222g.best) or live chat. Before closure, any available balance must be withdrawn. Bonus balance that has not completed the rollover requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

The 222g may close or suspend an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Identification of fraud, prohibited conduct, or activity suspected of money laundering.
• Submission of false documentation during the KYC process.
• A court or administrative order requiring the account to be blocked or closed.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed after 30 days' prior notice by email.

If 222g closes an account for reasons unrelated to fraud or prohibited conduct, the available balance will be returned to the account holder via Pix within 5 business days of closure. In cases of closure due to prohibited conduct, the balance will be held pending investigation and may be partially or fully confiscated depending on the outcome.

The 222g strives to keep the platform available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. Outages caused by force majeure events — third-party infrastructure failures, extreme weather, or regulatory decisions — do not entitle users to compensation.

The 222g is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user — betting is an individual choice, and the risk of loss is inherent to the activity.
• A slow, unstable, or dropped internet connection on the user's device that prevents placing live bets or using Cash Out in time.
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence (password sharing, use of an unsecured device).
• Content on third-party websites that may be linked from the platform.

The maximum liability of the 222g to any user for proven damages resulting from a direct platform failure is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.

The handling of personal data at 222g is governed by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018) and is detailed in our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 222g Privacy Policy.

In summary, your data is collected and processed for: identity verification (KYC), financial transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. 222g does not sell users' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

The 222g may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users and published on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where legal or regulatory requirements demand immediate implementation.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), and the specific legislation applicable to sports betting and gambling currently in force in the country.

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms will be submitted, in the first instance, to the internal mediation process of the 222g — opened upon request to support at contato@222g.best. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the Comarca de São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the exclusive venue, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
